Hanging around the ceiling of Brennan’s Fish House are the Burgees. Burgees are little flags that Yacht Clubs design with their insignia and/or initials. Members of that club will fly their Burgee from their boat as they travel around the world. When a Yacht Club has a Regatta (Boat Race) the winning team will be given a Burgee from that club. So the more Burgees that you see flying above the boat, the more races they have won. We are so lucky to have them here at Brennan’s!
