Hanging at the end of the bar is a “fishing lure.” When Tim Brennan owned this restaurant, there were some practical jokers that came in for lunch on a daily basis. They all worked at a local business. One day, the owner of that business gave Tim this fishing lure and told him that he brought it back from Miami to hang in his restaurant. He told Tim that he used the lure to catch big ocean fish. Tim was excited to receive the lure and hung it on the bar telling everyone who asked about it. After a week, the guys finally told him that they made the “lure” from the tailpipe of a Peterbilt Tractor Trailer. I don’t know who laughed harder… Tim or those guys!
